As a licensed psychologist and behavioral health consultant, I offer private consultation aimed at assessing my clients’ concerns, identifying health goals and finding easy solutions to personal, physical and psychological problems. The goal of therapy is to develop effective behavioral strategies that reduce risk factors and initiate and maintain positive physical and psychological health attitudes and habits. I strongly believe in integrative approaches to health and behavioral change.
I offer a free consultation over the telephone or in person. Treatment specialties include: depression, anxiety or fears, chronic pain or illness, relationship issues, weight management, addictions/substance abuse, life coaching and parenting.
