I am a Licensed Psychologist and Dance/Movement Therapist. My goal is to help my clients to reach their potential. I utilize a variety of techniques to achieve my client's goals including traditional talk therapy, EMDR, Art and Dance/Movement Theapy. I believe that having an understanding of the roots of one's troubles is an important step toward solving life's problems. With that understanding, clients' can develop ways to actively solve their problems. The specific solution is individualized with a specific client in session. I can treat a wide range of problems including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship problems, addicitions, and food issues.
