I do skills-based, depth-oriented psychotherapy, combining psychodynamic therapy, CBT, and somatic psychotherapy (SE), with practical mindfulness and compassion practices.
My specialties are: depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, chronic pain, emotion dysregulation; couples in conflict and/or with communication or trust issues; depressed, anxious adolescents; professionals in high-stress careers or transitioning. I train psychologists and psychotherapists in mindfulness-based interventions and present at clinical conferences on mindfulness and Buddhist psychology.
