For 30 years, I have been helping people solve the tough problems they face individually as well as the challenges that arise in families, in couple relationships, and in the workplace.  I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a clinical member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists.  I have a special interest in relationships and sexuality.My style is gentle but direct and interactional.  I frequently use humor to help bring perspective to the many difficulties people encounter in everyday living.  My approach is supportive, respectful, and nonjudgmental, and my goal is to collaborate with clients in seeking solutions to problems.
